Wrapping on Military Paint

I know when we were trying to wrap on the military paint a few years ago, we were having adhesion problems. I'm not sure if the new material 3M 480 for example would stick better. They use lots of silicon and radar scattering and such.

Has anyone been successful at wrapping anything like a military Humvee-1?

Thanks,

Have them take it by Maaco and get a cheapo paint job that is similar to the wrap color. That'll get you a better finish to stick to.
We have wrapped a lot of them with solid color 1080 and 180c w/o issues.
Just make sure they're clean, but YMMV as I'm sure the paints used vary from truck to truck and base to base.
