XC-540 & Media VERY STRETCHY after print

We use 3M IJ35-20 media on our Roland XC-540 SolJet III. When we print 100% coverage (no white showing), it thins out the media & seems to make it like a rubber band. It becomes so stretchy it's almost impossible to work with!

Any thoughts???

If your stretchy problems are happening after 24hrs. curing. It means you are putting toomuch ink on that media and just by the media type you are using I can tell you it does have something to do with that type of media and using the wrong profile out of versaworks. If you put toomuch ink on the media it wont ever cure.

Let it dry for a day...I had the same issue before with the same printer, and after letting it dry for a day it was a lot better....

The media is still warm from the heater.
