I have a XJ-ProIII 640, for the past couple weeks I have had the issue when I load my media the carriage will measure the media and go either way off and over measure or way under. I have restarted and it seems to clear the issue up for a short time, but it comes back. I have cleaned, but I am not quite sure what I should focus on to eliminate this issue. Has anyone else had this issue?
