1 month ago i ordered a bunch of stuff. I initially received a email saying thank you for ordering your order will arrive with-in 4 business days. It has now been over a month. They wont return my calls or email. The lady who answers the phone says shes just a receptionist and has no control over anything.. she just transfers calls. They will not help me.. and will not tell me when my order is coming. This is ridiculous.

I ordered a set of magnets from them and arrived within 10 days.No problems with them at all.
Kept me in the loop with e mails.

after a threatening phone call to cancel my order and many other bad things they called me back! Still hasnt shipped... and they are sending it out today..
