yellow doesn't print well .. please help

i'm tryin to print banner and yellow background but when i start printing the yellow becomes yellow green. i already clean the heads. what should i do next.. please help i'm using soljet pro ii v 545ex.

If the yellow background within your artwork is RGB yellow then change it to CMYK 100%Yellow

is your nozzle check green where is should be yellow?. if not then its something the RIP is doing.. like above make sure you are in CMYK, and if your RIP allows, use the colour replace option to select the background and change it to 100% yella..

thanks. you all right my artwork is in RGB and has 2% cyan on it when i change it to CMYK with 100% yellow. i got what i want. thank you again
