yellow ink problem?

I have a mutoh falcon outdoor ll 64" and something weird ids happening with the yellow. when i do a cleaning or print for a while. the yellow head start to miss a lot of nozzles in the middle. but when i let the head sit for a while over night and run a test print the nozzle check is not missing any nozzles. but when i start to print again the yellow nozzles start missing again in the center. what could this be?

Check, inkflow from cartridge to damper and from damper to head. If it vacums by high inkflow it can settle slowly overnight when not in use.

I would bet there is crap in the damper. I would see more little crusty things in the yellow over all the others
