Yes, I need help with a font

I was thinking it was Optima but the "M" doesnt look right. Any Ideas.

I believe it is 'Optima', but it's been outlined to death and doesn't look like itself anymore.

I can get everything to look almost identical, except the "M". as for the outlines. It almost looks like it is shadowed and rounded stroke around the letters.

The original guy who did the design says he has it but doesnt want to go into his storage unit to get the disks with all the info on it. Even after the owner of the business offered to pay him for it.
