Avery DOL6060 conforms decently (no complex wraps) and is a anti-Grafitti film. We also use it for dry erase laminate and as bonus it is 'mostly' optically clear and we have used it on perf in the past.
That's not true at all, you can swap between usb ports or lan ips and make your edits... also why do you need to have it constantly connected to cutter control?
Good Luck, unless you can build a constant training system and process to be able to rotate through installers and train them up, you will suffer. We returned back to outsourcing our installs because no matter what you pay full time installers, they become transient or go out on their own.

So we had this issue in the past with the standard inks. Have you tried running white as it's own print file and then the color in a second run?
Turn your lamps down on the white run, then back up on the color
You will struggle with flexcutting mask... it will snag and tear. You will have a better shot with high tack mask but it still happens. Your best bet would be a flatbed digital cutter or out sourcing the cut outs

We just ran a job with color matching a Seiko with...

Your observation about conventional vs climb is accurate on most machines has more to do with bit geometry and speed then the software. Climb cutting on an OFlute UPcut bit can cause the bit to flare out because the cutting edge is not cutting but actually grinding away at the material.
