Agfa M2 light problem

I have 2 new lamps in my machine b ut yet I'm still getting un-even drying. the finish on the prints is almost gloss compared to what it looks like regularly. The print will start off fine and then it looks like it get gradually worse and goes back to normal. Almost like the lamp is getting to hot?

Any one else have this issue?
