Calculating shear on flag mounted sign

Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place, if not feel free to move me.
Here's what I need help with. I am looking for how to figure out the shear and stress on a sign that is flag mounted to a building. the sign weighs about 2500 lbs and is about 19'x3.5'x2'. Any help would be appreciated. I already know the wind load, we are just trying to figure out how much this may flex. Now I'm no mathmagician, so please follow the KISS method for me. Thank you for all of your helps.

contact and have an engineering firm run the numbers, that is a big sign at 2500 lbs and will need proper anchorage into the building and the other question is assurance that the building can take this load.

there was a Merchant here that did these services, unsure if they are still around, though.

I'd suggest contacting Sean MacFarland with MacFarland Engineering in Houston.
