Thanks! This one went really smooth. Took around two hours from start to finish. Overall size is 30"h. x 40"w. and I used up some crap 2"x10" I had laying around and scrap PVC. Pretty simple sign actually. Inlaid PVC logo painted with Krylon spray paint made quick work of it.

I forgot to mention that, I did in fact beat the crap out of it with a heavy chain to give it a distressed look.
