Channel Letters, wiring options?

I have a customer that wants halo-lit channel letters on his exterior wall.
He doesn't have access for remote wiring (what I call it),
he doesn't want the letters mounted to any type of raceway or cabinet for the wiring and power supply.
I have never heard of other options, but thought I would check here.

If you cannot get behind the wall and he doesn't want raceways, you could just run conduit up to them and have a real eyesore. Make sure that will pass codes.

Tell him to put some solar panels on his roof.

What's the hold up on wall access?
.
Not really sure, I'm brokering the job remotely, thru photos and a exterior elevation building plan, to the engineer of the project (which is a 1st for me),
& he said that they didn't have access & I didn't push it.
Originally it was going to be dimensional letters with ground flood lights & I believe that will be what he has to stick with, unless he budges on the raceway.
