computer help please

ok my windows wont start .gives me some error and tells me to reload windows ...ok so how do i get the disc in there and have it know the windows disc is in there .if i cant get it to bootup to open the cd drawer? i dont understand......is there a key on my keypad i can push while its booting to tell it to boot from a cd? [like pushing del to enter det-up does]
please help if you know how

win 98,, often you have to have a boot disk,,
If you have a boot disk you should be fine,, insert it and away you go.

Gary did you get the Cd to open? If not look for a small hole in the front of the cd drive straighten a paper clip and insert it into the hole it will open. With 98 machines you may have to get into the bios and set the boot order to CD. Hope this helps if you didn't get it to work.

yea cd in ...yippie ..now i get to boot from cd ..this appears

THE DSVCRT.DLL file is linked to missing expportNTDLL.DLL rtiGetNtVersion Numbers

this is exacxtly what comes up in grey box
