Hi everyone!
Ordered 4 of July some parts for my Roland printers from digiprint-supplies.com with shipping to Russia.
Last time I ordered parts (in 2014) all was amazing - fast shipping etc.
This time - problems!
They said that some parts they havent in stock now and I need to waiting for deliever. Ok, I waiting and at 18 of July they send me a parcel. After I received it , I saw that some parts are missing. On chat they said that some parts which they havent they would sent with my next order (!!!)
I said that I dont know when I'll decide to make a new order at first and at the second I dont want to pay one more shipping fee (40Euro to Russia)
So, wrote them an email - without answer.
Open a case on PayPal...looking what happens.
Only me have such problems?
