I just purchased a used Viper TX I'm trying to get up and running. I'm getting an E081 error (cap sensor). I've got the maintenance manual and followed the suggestions. I also unplugged the machine, then made sure the sensors weren't dusty/dirty.
When the machine starts up, it appears that the capping station is only moving on the right side. It sort of snaps up and down a few times on the right side, then I get the error. I can push the whole assembly down, but if I do it with the slightest tilt to the right, the left side gets hung up (which is probably what's happening when the machine is turned on). Anyone have suggestions on fixing, or do I need to replace?
