I hired a new worker and he pays no attention to detail.
Needless to say I need to either rip off the work he did or find some kind of polycarbonate filler.
I know with ABS plastic you can take and melt it in acetone and use it to patch up holes in abs sheet.
My plan is to fill in cracks and holes and then probably wrap it to hide the imperfections
cracks are about 1/16th and the hole is 3/16 diameter. sheet is 1/16 white Mackrolon Polycarbonate.
can I use some weldon solvent and take chips of polycarboante from a router pass or two and make my own gel like filler material?
