we just acquired a VM1617h which originally came with flexisign mutoh edition
we did not get the software with the machine
2 questions:
is there a procedure to request media replacement (keyed to our serial number [a process we use all the time with roland, they are very helpful])
one of the guys that works with me, thinks flexisign mutoh edition has features that are ONLY in mutoh edition.
i told him the mutoh edition is a restriction or limitation (you can't print to a roland with mutoh edition)
in much the same way that our flexi 19 has all the features for gerber thermal printing for the EDGES, the flexi has all the features once you install the flexi vh1617h as a setup in production manager.
am i correct in this regard?
