We have a GSX plus Plotter and we have been having problems with how it is cutting everything. It always appears as if the cut is not centered. We were trying to make some car dealer decals and the letters appear to have a larger with in one side than the other, showing that it is not cutting correctly.
We have tried the calibration test with the calibrat file and it shows that the vertical cuts on the letter J and number 10 are not straight, they show some sort of diagonal cut.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
