good nozzles have dropped out.

I am hoping someone may be able to assist me here into what has happened with my nozzle test.

I was performing a routine maintenance on the 3042, and I did a nozzle test as normal.
Excluding a couple of nozzles that were missed, all channels were relatively fine as you can see in the image attached (please ignore the kay overprint).
I performed a nozzle wash after cleaning the wiper, around the head etc and then did another nozzle test.
A good portion of the Kay channel has dropped out.
I performed another nozzle soak for 99 min and then even more of the Kay has dropped out.

I tried to do a solid Kay print and as you can see from the image of the Kay overprint, it did not rectify itself.
Numerous tests and nozzle washes have not fixed my problem.

Can anyone please advise what steps I should take to get this working again?

All the carts are new and have a substantial amount of ink.

I see a lot of missing nozzles on all channels bit just black. You can try and soak the heads over night and then try again tomorrow. If they don't clear out it looks like new heads.

As zoogee said captops need to seal perfectly in order to suck ink otherwise you can soak the head as much as you want. Change captop, soak for 10 min, do a fill up and should be good.
