Graphtec Fc8600 Haywire cuts

Been having an issue lately where at the end of a cut job, our graphtec fc8600 will make a random diagonal cut through the graphic. The random cut usually starts at the final point of the cut job, and works its way to the end of the sheet. Any fix to this? Using cutting master 4, cut files and reg marks set up in illustrator.

Had this happening, found out the blade was getting stuck in the down position due to the cutting strip being cut through. Check the strip, it likely has a groove cut in the middle of it. They are readily available and easy to replace.
