I feel like I've seen this [terrible] font a thousand times before, but FMF isn't giving me the correct result.

Not sure why customers insist on taking pictures from an angle! I tried to straighten it a bit in PS.

Ack! Yes, of course. One of those "most hated" fonts I tend to delete from memory.
