How do you ship?

We usually ship Priority Mail or Postal post. I was hoping to use Media mail but printed and cut vinyl doesn't seem to fit any of the catagories.
Anybody shipping using Media Mail? It costs less than half of Priorty mail.

Does it handle packages over 80lbs?

I think the post office has a 70lb. weight limit.

In my reading of the rules I think you are correct in that you can not use Media Mail for cut vinyl....

I ordered a 4lb. 12v battery off e-bay last week. It arrived today by way of Media mail. I didn't think a battery was Media mail.

They regularly check media mail and will send it back it it does not comply.

if its under 13 oz, use first class mail. Otherwise, its parcel post.

Books are about the only thing that qualifies for media mail. And even then, its only books void of advertisements which qualify as media mail. Most comic books and magazines do not qualify as media mail, since they contain ads.
