A royalty free license rarely will allow you to do what you want to do. You need an enhanced license (costs extra one time) or a special license in which you would agree to pay a royalty to the licensor with every sale you make.

To make it simple. Contact the company that you are looking to purchase from. Tell them what you want to do exactly (don't lie) and ask them what the cost of the license would be and which one.

Very good advice Addie. You should pay heed to that one. :noway:
With that one being in your post with your name associated with it..... it almost becomes an oxymoron...... and that's no pun. It was totally intended. :Big Laugh

And where I can find some digital arts to use it for this purpose? Where you buying?

Thanks

First I would refer you back to my post #3. Next I would suggest that you, whenever possible, locate the owners of the art you seek to license and not the sellers of it who license from the owners. Every art seller or owner will have different concerns and things they may or may not be willing (or able) to allow.

You need to explain your needs properly and you need to identify who you are explaining them to. I speak as a digital art developer and publisher who licenses to end users, licenses to art sellers, and licenses from others as an art seller. If what you are seeking to do is to display art online so customers can order produced decals, t-shirts etc., then you can probably get any number of art developers to license you their work for regular prices plus an enhanced license fee. We've done such with dozens of licensees and we typically will do so for double the normal price for the enhanced license.

If what you seek to do is to resell the digital artwork then that will be beyond the rights of most art sellers to license you to do and you will have to go to the actual owners of the artwork. The site you linked to is an Ingram site. Ingram is an art seller who licenses what they sell from others. As such they will have limited rights to sub-license you to also have seller rights. So you really would need to figure out who actually created the artwork. If you do and are seeking the right to resell the art files, then you should be prepared to keep accurate records that can be audited and to pay a royalty on every sale.
