Has anyone put together a "line card" for a client showing the different prices? How does this differ from a regular price list? Is there some kind of format to follow for something like this?

I just do a simple price list for some of the more basic items that people might want. Then if they want more design fees may apply(always do the may to leave it open for how I want to continue with that customer).
