lost my menu bar in corel

I don't know what the heck I just did but I lost my Menu bar in Corel X3. Does anyone know how to reset it. I don't have the windows, tools, file, etc. to choose from.

try right clicking somewhere up top - I know it will work in X3 -- dont know what you got..

Never mind. I right clicked in the guide and chose set rulers which took me to the customization menu I needed, then set my command bars.
Brother! how frustrating!
