Matching Oracal 651 to Pantone

I need to know the closest matches in Oracal 651 to Pantone 301 Blue, Pantone 172 Orange and Pantone 131 Gold. Anyone know this info? I'd really appreciate it as I have an order due. Is there some type of chart or reference sheet out there for this conversion?

301 would be close to 098 Gentian Blue
172 would be close to 034 Orange
131 would be closest to 019 Sun Yellow

Please state to your customer that you can only come close on pantone colours.
