Hello Everyone!
Im Kristian, writing from Serbia.
Im the owner of a small print shop, we have an offset, a digital, and a Mimaki cutter plotter machine.
In the past 20 years, we have been doing almost everyrthing from newspapers and books to vehicle graphics
I have a problem with my Mimaki CJV30 100BS. I think that the print head was mechanically damaged due to a paper jam.
As you can see on the test print, the middle part of the magenta bars on the right are washed. This results in spraying magenta and red over the borders of red letters/objects (picture).
Is there any method that could make things better, or is it just the replacement that would help.
