Need Help Mimaki Display Panel

Hi All, i have a Mimaki CJV30-130 and out of the blue, the LCD panel is playing up
it looks like its mis aligned and making it difficult to set machine settings so i was wondering if any one has come accross a similar issue, eg when choosing different different users if you cycle through several times the display shifts 1 character to left each cycle
