Need Adobe Illustrator help saving a .eps file down to CS4 format

I have Adobe Illustrator CS4 and can't open a small logo because it was created/saved in a newer version of Adobe Illustrator. Can someone with a newer version of Adobe Illustrator please help. I can't upload an .eps file to the forum so please email me at info@951graffix.com
