need some help please

I have made an image of a house and I cannot fill it with color. I do not know what is wrong. If I just make a box it will fill or sometrhing with the beizer tool or 3 point curve tool it will fill but when I make the whole thing and erase what I do not want and then go to fill it will not fill.
Any help is appreciated. ,, Thank you

If it won't fill then it is not closed. Check your nodes. Try the auto close button and see where the open node is
