Need Source for a Layered Substrate (Green/White/Green)

I have a sample of a substrate that is made of some type of plastic and is layered. The 1st layer is GREEN, the 2nd layer is WHITE, the 3rd layer is GREEN. Both the top and bottom layer is textured...not smooth. The sample is 1/2" thick. There is no label on the sample or supplier info.

Naturally, this substrate is made for engraving...cut through the top layer into the white layer and presto, you have a green sign with white lettering. Usually used in playgrounds.

My questions are...
What is this substrate called?
Who manufactures it or, where can I get it?

Yes, I could Laminate 3 sheets together but why if this already exist?

Thanks for your help

Profane and profane accessories.
Be forewarned- last time I had to get pricing on it, it was crazy expensive- though it balances out by being very durable. Sometimes it's hard to get your customer to understand that, though.

Hi GASouthPaw

I received a few price quotes from 2 suppliers...one is Local

For a 4' x 8' x .5" it was just less of $200.00.
For a 4' x 8' x .75 it was just less of $300.00.

Not really too bad considering I pay right around that for a 4 x 8 x 1.5 HDU panel.
