Need to identify two fonts

I have fonts close to both the script and the serif fonts here, but none really are a perfect match. Could anyone identify them please?

Thanks. I guess I don't have that variation of the Commercial Script. The font for HOTEL is anatomically different than Times New Roman. Still looking for that one...

Thanks for directing me that way, I found News701 to be slightly closer than 706 thanks to you. Will manually modify to match from there.
