new decals coming lose from rain, is there a fix?

I decaled up our delivery van over the weekend. It was cold but used a heat gun and things seemed to work ok. I noticed today in the rain, one of the decals created a few pockets that now holds rain water. It there any way to make this stick again without replacing? Maybe a spray or something, or will it get sticky again once it dries from the rain?

try heating with a heat gun again. It should have set right the first time doing it right and going over with a squeegee.

what vinyl?
got pics?
did you clean/remove wax from the vehicle before application? was the paint oxidized(chalky)?
...heat gun & TLC would be my first thought at a solution, but when it fails this quickly then you've got more than just a quick-fix to sort-out.

If it's holding rain water, I'm sue there are all kinds of other contaminants in there floating around, too. You'll never have a good adhesion, so it's better to cut your loses now and re-do the bad parts.
