Number Font Need Match

This shopping center had to go and ditch the standard highway font and used something completely different.

So I believe the Speed Limit part is Times New Roman, but I am lost on the numbers, any idea? Thanks

Incorrect on Times New Roman. Both the text and the numbers are ITC New Baskerville Std (Roman).

Thanks I appreciate it. Times New Roman was close, but you are correct wasn't it.
