photoshop bevel emboss help

I have a vector logo. I placed it into photoshop added some effects. But when I got to save it I lose all effects.

Try flattening the image and save it again.

What file format are you saving it in by the way ?

Could the bevel plugin be in demo non saving mode?

So I had 2 effects on the logo. I had it beveled and textured. If I remove the texture it saves fine if I leave texture it flattens and I lose all bevels.

Do your bevel thing, then convert to Smart Object. Then go back and try your texture... then you can flatten.

depending on the size of bevel, i've noticed that it can be lost or reduced to almost invisible. in that case, over exaggerate the bevel before flattening (increase size, bump up the opacity on the highlight). probably just a flaw in the software.
