photoshop help

I read a post in here about using photoshop to make a vechile template . Can you do this with photoshop element 6.0? will it save as a ai or eps file? I don't own anything yet but im looking into the photoshop element 6.0 .:thankyou:

I dont see why not..Take your photos..
Maybe run a tape measure across the vehicle to give you the scale.( in the photo- use a high res photo so you can read it on the monitor))
I dont recall the file saving capabilities of PS Elements..that could be a problem.
