Profile help from anyone using IJ35C

Happy Monday. Am rethinking using 3MIJ35C after reading some posts here...but since I have a brand new roll I am requesting your help.

I downloaded the 3m IJ180 profile as stated on 3M's website. I am printing an RGB Illustrator file and it looks like garbage. Very "speckled" and not even close to a nice rich "chocolate bar" brown that I am looking for. I have tried using Oracal 3165G-Max profile and also Roland's GCVP profile. The closest it comes to being accurate is the Oracal profile, but it still does not compare to the original swatch I printed on Oracal 3165 material.

I have also done a medium head cleaning...and a manual cleaning.

HELP! Anyone?
