I designed a banner, converted to .eps and into Versaworks..I printed a sample and didn't like one of the colors. I changed the color to pantone 299u and exported to .eps again. Versaworks wouldn't let me inport this file (unsupported format.) I tryed everything, I called it something different, rebooted computer twice, when exporting to .jpeg the colors were off. I tryed to email to myself to download and said it was an empty file. When I ran my curser over .eps file, it said 0 bytes?? I did everything I could think of. Versaworks let me inport file when the color was different so I changed the color one shade down and it worked. I think that is crazy!
