I picked up a 645ex today from a friend of mine who is a dyesub printer. He upgraded to a larger printer and put this one in storage. Regretfully they don't know much about printers and didn't flush it before they put it in storage.
I plan on flushing it, putting in six new heads/dampers and fixing any other problems it has, which I think are just clogged heads from sitting.
Thankfully they ran water based ink in the machine. It's pretty clean and won't be too much work get back to perfect working order.
So my question is what do you think it's worth in perfect working order with six new heads in it?
I own a 745, so I may just keep it around for a parts machine, but it's a nice printer and I'd like sell it.
