Resource Scheduling

We are looking to better schedule our trucks and other equipment. What do you guys use for resource scheduling?

Do you mean something like an outlook (google?) calendar?

a paid service like accuity?

or something that will let you login in real time and see how close that bucket truck ACTUALLY IS to the 3rd stop of the day?

Ideally, on our job scheduling, we could allocate equipment to it, such as 1 crane, 1 bucket, etc. We can do active tracking with other systems, it is more to allocate the specific trucks to jobs.
