roller marks in print

I did some experimenting and I think I figured out why my CJV30-160 is leaving roller marks. It's the draw roller. I noticed that when I don't tie down the print, I don't get those marks. So I played with the tensioner on the take-up roller and Eureka! no more marks. From what I could tell, the take-up roller wasn't completely set correctly so it was tugging on the vinyl and causing the rollers to skip/stretch where the rollers connected. After I set it to the lowest setting possible (turning the tensioner all the way left until it barely took up the slack) I haven't had any problems since.
