Routing 10 MM Coroplast

We have a Esko Kongsberg MultiCut machince. I have several sheets of 10 MM thick coroplast that I need to route out multiple shapes I have tried different types of bits that we have here and changed speeds and rpms but to no avail. I still have nasty edges on my signs that I have to then clean off by hand. Does anyone have any success with a different bit or have any suggestions on what I can do to get it done? Thanks!!

Do you have an oscillating knife? I'd use that.

Call cutguru and supieror carbide...they have similar products but a friend of mine mentioned that they got a fantastic bit for 10mm coro from one of them.

we do but we keep breaking blades with it when trying to cut through it.
