Sign Maker/Installer
POSITION AVAILABLE.
We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the position of Sign Maker, immediately. The right person will be working with a team to manufacture, package, and ship signs, banners, and related graphics to customers nationwide. This full-time position includes a negotiated salary plus benefits. Team Fitz pays 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance. If not local to the Cincinnati, Ohio area, relocation will be required.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- General sign/product manufacturing
- Packaging product for shipment
- Scheduling shipments
- Maintenance of printers and other equipment
- Maintaining shop organization (i.e. putting away tools and materials, taking out the trash, vacuuming dust from saw room, etc.)
- Tracking inventory of materials/supplies
- Delivery of product
- Picking up supplies from local vendors as necessary
- Sign manufacturing or print shop experience preferred
- Experience with detailed work using hands
- Experience with using a table saw
- Highly organized with excellent (visual and written) communication skills
- Ability to follow instruction
- A strong desire to be a part of an entrepreneurial environment with a solid work ethic
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and change focus rapidly
- Self-motivation and a desire to continually grow and learn new skills
- Reliable transportation
- Interest in sports is a plus!

Pay: $19.00/hr + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
