Playing with the settings for perf cut contour.
My first test I used 70-micron Vinyl. Using a 60° blade, I have adjusted the blade depth, scored 2 cuts of vinyl layered over each other making sure the top layer cuts, bottom is scored. The machine pressure is set was set at 45gf. I have adjusted the pressure for normal cuts but at this stage I just want the perf cut pressure to work. My initial test, I started at 110gf Perforation pressure and move up to 140gf.
After 140gf I stopped receiving feedback from VW and it doesn't input the values I give it. 140gf or 300gf perf pressure, it doesn't change when I send a through to the printer to cut.
First attempts I was getting somewhere, now any changes made don't do a thing.
How do I fix this?
