Looking to help a client. Did a boat wrap for him and his gas vent leaked and stained the wrap. Can anyone please advise what may take it out or at least help remove some of it? Thanks!

Is that Boston whaler logo cut out vinyl applied to top of blue? If so, just take off logo and reapply new one.
