Need Help substrate material question

substrate material question
i need to remake these signs for a client
having a hard time trying to find a company that can help
the lettering will be black vinyl that i will do.
the number suites and braille i need help with that and the rest of the sign.

tried main u.s ones but they quoted 78.00 a sign

and the client was not even paying that much.

any advise would be greatly helpful for people that have done signs like this.

Grey looks like PVC. The black piece is probably just coating with a vinyl or laminate to give the brushed look. 240 does look like it's applied to the face, so you may need to find a vendor for that.

that is 2 different substrate materials, with Tactile and Raster Beads on the top layer

try gene with http://www.ccengraving.net/
with better images and details they should be able to do the engraving, then you will assemble to match existing

It's PVC with brushed aluminum Rowmark (or equivalent), black raised Rowmark room numbers, and braille. It also doesn't appear to be ADA compliant, as braille is required to go BELOW pictograms and text.
