I purchased a DC4 and a SummaSign Pro D750 cutter came with. The original sign shop that had it said they updated the firmware and couldn't get it to work after that. Doesn't do anything when powering on besides displaying solid black in the top line of the screen. Also no communication to Summa Cutter Control through the serial or parallel ports.
