That's going to depend on the software that you have. If you don't have software that allows for that ability, may have to create an extra color change that you later assign at the machine as a stop.
If the design that you have wasn't digitized for puff in the first place (depending on how thick of puff you are wanting) may actually have to redo the design as sequencing is a very important part of a puff design as well, plus rather or not you do capping or pinching etc. Depending on the design, may be able to get away with a thin level of puff, but not knowing what the design is, hard to say one way or the other.
