Urgent help

I have been using Flxi 8.5v.2 for about 3 1/2 years and have had no problems opening a jpeg file until one set of jobs recently.

I try to open these files and I get an error message stating the "the file format is not supported". Does anyone have any ideas, or maybe have had this issue and can give me some direction.

Is just when opening?
Have you tried importing the jpg into a new file?

Check to see if the file extension is JPEG or JPG. If it is JPEG, rename the file with .JPG extension and try again.

issue resolved.

I was loading from a server and the file was too large for it to download into Flexi properly.
