Versaworks Issues

I have colours printing that should be pure yellow but have a uniform cyan slight print when looked at with a loupe.
This is giving a slight green tinge to my yellow prints on my Versa Express RF-640 4 colour which is just over two years old with a perfect test print.
I am running Versaworks 6.20.1 which is the latest version of Versaworks

After discussion with Roland I am thinking this is a Software issue and was wondering if I remove and reinstall a fresh copy of Versaworks this may correct the issue?

Has anyone had a similar issues as it has had a lot of updates since it was installed?

This is normal. Reinstallatin won't change a thing. Tick use primary colors.

Where do I get the best directions to follow when adding versaworks onto a new computer and setting it up to print. Right now just mynpluggingnitnin , no print.

The Preserve Primary Colours is selected.
This makes no difference if on or or off, besides only CMYK are primary colours on this machine.
